Topic: Argento's "The Third Mother" excessive violence cut

Dario Argento's final installment of The Three Mothers trilogy, "The Third Mother" (La Terza madre) will be released on Halloween October 31 2007. He is supposedly mighty pissed because the film is being cut by Medusa, the film company that's releasing it, for "excessive" violence. And I don't blame him one bit for being pissed.

This better come to DVD fully intact at least. October is a long time from now and hopefully it's not going to get too butchered. Another fuckin ratings bullshit!

I trust Argento that he'll push a lot of people to get a unrated version in the streets. If it's not the legal way, there's always the internet and you can leak it! big_smile

I'm really looking forward to this movie, Argento is definetly one of my favorites of all time and this trilogy kicks some major ass.

I'm looking forward to this film. I loved Suspiria but was a little disappointed in Inferno so I hope this film is before than the second film.
