Topic: Have you seen this movie????? This is really Sick and Brutal!
Hi guys! How are you, i hope you all are doing fine right now. Anyway do you like brutal Horror Movies? I mean really brutal, sick and disgusting horror movie? have you watched this? This is really a brutal one and the for those with weak stomachs. I think this movies is much more brutal than Hostel and Saw or Even Cannibal Holocaust.

Grotesque is OK, but it's nothing compared to the August Underground Triology.

Yes, yes it does. But it's not really any worse than other ways otherwise "serious" horror movies have ended. Not that that's an excuse, just more of a trend.

Grotesque is hard to compare to August Underground. Grotesque is professional, while AU is more realistic, in that it looks more like a real snuff film (as was the intent) rather than a professional production. In terms of brutality, I'd say each of the AU films are worse than Grotesque. That's especially true when you factor in how visceral the trilogy feels, and considering that they feature much more revolting and inhuman acts than this does.

Overall, not my style.. but it is interesting seeing Koji Shirashi go from Carved: A Slit Mouthed Woman, to this, total opposite ends of the spectrum. -deadmanwalkin

Checked out Groteseque on Netflix, it's still waiting for release. However, the writeup claims that it was banned in Britain. Anyone know anything about that?

Is there even a storyline for the movie other than kidnap and torture of the couple ?! Not really my kind of movie.

Yup, kinda like Hostel, but a bit more, well, everything. Tired of torture porn myself. Hell, I'm tired of the stupid label for these movies.

I finally watched it. The torture parts were nice but the story line was just bad. Plus, I didn't find it in English or French so I couldn't understand a crap. But anyway, if you are a big fan of torture, you can watch it only for the torture parts.
