Re: Do you think Grind House will do well?

Then again, people also liked old horror and exploitation films because of that gritty feel they had.  Paying homages work, to a certain degree.  Let's face it, it's impossible to capture that exact feel.  It just can't happen.  But, they can sure as hell get close.  And, I'm sure Tarantino and Rodgriguez are going to get as close as they possibly can to remind everyone of the old "Grindhouse" days.  I'll be there opening night.

Re: Do you think Grind House will do well?

Very true.  But at the end of the day, I could care less what other people think about my choice of film.  All I know is that I love horror and exploitation films, and so do other people here.  So, as long as we keep pumping money into these films, they will remain a part of cinema history... even if it is the darker half lol.
