Depending on who you ask...I've already punched out some classic originals

Okay, going on right now- I've got about half an hour of The Complex left to edit...then we'll have a cool little trailer to show off what the hell is going on.

When I'm done with that...I'll start working on The New Girls DVD for release, that shouldn't take too long.

While those two things are going on I'm busy working on special f.x for the zombie flick...which is now OFFICIALLY titled:

HIGHWAY 91

Here's some more make-up tests...please keep in mind NONE OF THESE ARE DONE. They're all just concept stuff, I want lots of rotted zombies lumbering around, we're going with grayish skin for most of them and I'm not planning on having a lot of them with just plain old grey make-up, 75% are going to have bones, teeth, nose, eyeballs etc etc hanging out or poking out skin. So here's a few concept things I've done-

"Highway 91" begins filming on the 10th of next month!

Okay here we go...this is pretty much 3 different zombie make-up jobs.

Maybe contacts...maybe CG...we'll have to see...Does look cooler though doesn't it? : )

After kind of having a full on zombie movie marathon, I realized how much I loved all the old school Romero zombie flicks and I kind of noticed something. His zombies really had personality, like the zombie in Dawn that grabs the gun (and switches up later). I think there's something to be said for zombies that have SOMETHING going on behind their eyes. Some kind of weird thought process so I'm going with eyes that kind of look around and whatnot. I know not everyone will dig that, but it just feels right for what I'm doing.

Allright, first day of filming! Makeup took about an hour and a half for everyone! Shooting went pretty damn good considering it was the first day. The sky was nice and dark. Really good atmosphere!

you can still haz the eyes looking around n shit with contacts - cgi would be limiting

you got these awesome face deformaties - but the eyes are extremely normal

it seriously bothers me - ill pay for a set of contacts - IF - you use them

Hey thanks for the offer man! But you'd have to buy about 30 sets of contacts, since we've got a huge scene planned with a really big horde of zombies. But as the movie comes together more and more I just think it's very important to still have that humanity in their eyes. I want people to feel sad for these zombies at part, like they're tortured souls.

Aw Highway 91 won't be done for a few more months, so have patience, I'll have a trailer soon here. You can find all my other movies on Amazon though, some for download for like 2 bucks (my books on their too) and I've got The New Girls finally coming out in a few weeks, so keep an eye out for that! In the meantime though I'll keep on putting up pics and letting folks know how things are going!

Matter of fact...we're filming tomorrow, so I'll have some pretty cool pics up soon!

The New Girls DVD is ALMOST done, just have to record my intros for the deleted scenes. It'll be selling for the low price of 12.99, for that you get commentary from me, Liz Dockter, Sam Ova, Cody Tergesen, and Justin Kavlie, you get a 10 minute bloopers reel, 10 minutes of deleted scenes and tons of trailers from this and other flicks.

I'll let you folks have an exact release date when I get one!
