Re: Last horror movie you watched?
I rewatched Texas Chainsaw Massacre '74 today. It had been a few years since seeing it last, and it was pleasently fresh, in a putrid sort of way. It has such prevailing scenes of death and decay. Plus the whole family of serial killers aspect is really cool and twisted. I love the scene when the old man running the gas station is beating Sally with a broom, just hilarious. A great horror movie.
Re: Last horror movie you watched?
DEMON DIVAS AND THE LANES OF DAMNATION 2009 H3LL, man, Debbie Rochon is in this. need I say more??? Ok then. Good old cheesy Gory cool fun in a Bowling alleys place. Yeah weird spot, unusual even for Horror but damn great story revolving around these girls, the place and more stuff. Fun for the whole Horror family. 9/10 Might as well stick 'em here too the 2 others I saw last night. P2 rewatch I love Aja's stuff and this is one of his best. Dig it. Wes Bentley and superbly sexy Rachel Nichols are both playing their role a very nice way. Pretty sick story too. I like underground parkings. Used to skate in them, reminded me of that. I'll quote Aja in the commentary from this to which I totally agree 666%.

9/10 Been a long while I wanted to see the following one. ALBINO FARM Bianca Barnett owns and she's a very cool fun chick, very nice to her fans like I am. And her Pig Bitch is ohhh so freaking wild in this. The movie is really a wild ride. Disturbing, very weird. I mean, pigs are weird already so a bunch of pig men clan is pretty insane. LOVED IT. I love that kinda Horror. 666.666/10

That flick isn't bad. It's been quite awhile since I've seen it but I liked it at the time But the last ones I watched are Night of the Demons - the one from '88 with Quigley and her pen. Its still a fun watch and Blood Diner. I remember watching it along time ago on vhs but I ended up buying a fuckin dvd with 6 movies on it basically just for this one... I already have 4 of them so I got 2 that I need LOL Its still cheesy as hell thats for sure!!!
Re: Last horror movie you watched?

Re: Last horror movie you watched?
I love Night of the Demons, it's one of those fun horror movies that only could have come out in the 80's.
Re: Last horror movie you watched?
Teeth - Brilliant in so many ways.
Re: Last horror movie you watched?
Right on Lonny, they finally put it on dvd bUT damn I should have just downloaded it LOL Suspiria_89 wrote:Teeth - Brilliant in so many ways.
I agree ,,, lets count the ways
Re: Last horror movie you watched?
I watched Blood Diner on Lon's recommendation and really enjoyed it. Some of the kills, deep frying the head was amazing Recently watched: Horrors of the Black Museum (1959) Sleepless (2001) The House on Sorority Row (1983) The Card Player (2004) Silent Hill (2006) Some good ones, particularly House on Sorority Row. The two Argento's were hit and miss, Sleepless was good but the Card Player was the worst I've seen from him
Re: Last horror movie you watched?
yea The Card Player isn't one of Dario's best but I did get into it tho buts far from being a classic Argento flick!

You did. I'm happy for you that you got to use that gif though
Re: Last horror movie you watched?
You and me both. I actually deserve to use it so much more often than I do, I just forget sometimes.
Re: Last horror movie you watched?
But is he actually say "I'm Humpty Dumpty" ??
Re: Last horror movie you watched?
Honestly, I forget what he's actually saying. I just love the image.

Oh indeed. Fabulous one. ORPHAN 2009 Been hearing about this one a long time and it's on TV now. Man, what a crazy cool flick. I worship Vera Farmiga she is always spectacular like in this. Pretty fun. 666/10 These days most of the things I saw were from 2009 and most of the films are masterpieces. Great Horror year lemme tell you.
Re: Last horror movie you watched?
Orphan actually surprised me. You've seen this flick a hundred times before (Bad Seed, anyone?) but there was just something about it that really drew me in.
Re: Last horror movie you watched?
^^^ Surprised me too. I liked how the story was set up, the old lady that still looks like a child thing is cool. And this little girl is freaking EVIL man, wow.
Re: Last horror movie you watched?
Yeah, that's what I liked about it, too. The girl wasn't misunderstood, she wasn't damaged by abuse, she was just plain ol' straight up I Wanna Bang the Devil EVIL.

This is a really good movie, I think it caused some hysteria upon it's release, similar to Psycho. And what a name, it just promises awesomeness. Overlooked in recent years though.
Re: Last horror movie you watched?
The Call of Cthulhu (left out the second 'h' when spelling it) A wonderful ride through phantasmic dreams (or nightmares?) 8/10 God, there's so many films on Netflix. Next films to watch: Jack's Back Killer Klowns From Outer Space Thankskilling Poultrygeist The Bat People 11-11-11 Chillerama I Bury The Living Masque of the Red death Re-animator Slugs The Stuff Frogs and a breastload more Hmm, decisions decisions...
