Another good list Machete, I haven't seen some of these. I've started keeping a list of movies to watch. I am going to add The Other Hell and Island of Death to it.

Nice list Morgan, these are some of my favorites!
Re: 30 Horror Films You Must See!!
I just wanted to give you crazy props for your Ms.45 avatar. Its one of my favorite Abel Ferrara films. I have a framed poster of the movie in my living room & everyone that comes over always asks about it. Nice to know someone is a fan Ms45 wrote:In no order 1. The Shining 2. Halloween 3. Re: 30 Horror Films You Must See!!
I would definitely add "Who Can Kill a Child?" should be in the top 30. Its an extremely overlooked film, & as far as I'm concerned set the template for such child killer classics as "Children" (blatant rip off but still pretty kick ass), Chucky, Orphan, & the credit stealing Children of the Corn
Re: 30 Horror Films You Must See!!
Peeping Tom is so underated. It got so ignored due to Psychos success stewiesinferno wrote:I just wanted to give you crazy props for your Ms.45 avatar. Its one of my favorite Abel Ferrara films. I really doubt I can come up with a better top 30 list. I thought you were listing my dvd collection. Hey DirtyGirl, Island of Death is amazing. It's...got some issues, I'll say that much without spoiling anything.

Re: 30 Horror Films You Must See!!
My taste is probably a bit different than what I've seen on most of the lists here, but maybe you'll like some new thoughts 1. Alien (no brainer) 2. The Ring (Remake) 3. A Tale of Two Sisters (Original) Now I can't put them in a particular order anymore, would take too much time 4. Blair Witch Projekt 5. The Others 6. REC 7. Angel Heart 8. The Thing 9. Evil Dead 2 10. Pontypool 11. Dead Set (if you count that as a movie I do) 12. In The Mouth of Madness 13. Scream 14. Sixth Sense 15. Ju-On (Original) 16. Nine Miles Down 17. Shutter (Original) 18. Triangle 19. Event Horizon 20. Doom (Oh yeah! Only B-Movie I'll let on my list) 21. Final Destination 22. The Haunting (1999) ( I DO have a weakness for this movie) 23. Dead Girl 24. 1408 25. Echoes 26. Kairo (Pulse, Original) 27. From Dusk Till Dawn 28. The Fly 29. Identity 30. What Lies Beneath (Last but not least, the very first horror movie I ever owned, bought it at random, and to this day it still stands for me as the most perfectly executed ghost story I've seen) I did not include Shaun of the Dead because for me it counts as a comedy. This list is not very objective, but I simply likes these movies the most
