Re: The X vs X Horror Game

Zombie Nosh - even though it's a piss poor film it was one of the first horror films I ever saw, love that scene where the guy comes out of the grave and you can CLEARLY see the strings! Zombie Nosh has a special place in my heart. smile

Ditto with Bloodsucking Freaks, great films guys.

When A Stranger Calls (2006) V.S. The Fourth Kind two of the most underrated psychological horror films I've watched.

The Fourth Kind

I really liked this movie. I went in knowing nothing about it, and I gotta say I was pretty freaked out.

The Shrine vs. The Ruins

Re: The X vs X Horror Game

^^ I was expecting WASC.

The Ruins is a better film.

Knowing V.S. Unknown two of my favorite psychological suspense horror.

Which of the remaining Grindhouse fake trailers should be made into a Feature film?

Werewolf Women of the SS vs. DON'T

Re: The X vs X Horror Game

Those are my two favorite fake-trailers from that flick, but Don't really captured the feel of Euro-haunted house horror for me and I've already said many times on the boards that if ANY of those fake-trailers should be made into a real movie, it's Don't.  I'm not going to change my mind now. lol

Innocent Blood vs The Forsaken

Re: The X vs X Horror Game

I hope they both get made at some point.  I agree that Don't had that House by the Cemetary Feel to it...Nazi horror is such a strange sub-genre..that I can harldy believe it's an actual sub-genre..

I have to go with Innocent Blood...chick is hotter and the Forsaken kind of annoyed me.

Re: The X vs X Horror Game

Definitely Duane Jones. Fuck those Klansmen that burned him at the end.

Ash vs. Herbert West

Re: The X vs X Horror Game

Tough one... I'll go with bad-ass Ash.

Halloween vs Nightmare on Elm Street

Re: The X vs X Horror Game

Spinell - he made Maniac live. drink and breathe and sweat and pulled off the Frank character wickedly.

Rooker as Henry vs. Spinell as Frank?

Re: The X vs X Horror Game

Spinell as Frank.

Not often do I feel oddly dirty watching a movie but that did it. He was the Maniac. And I find that awesome (Also he was Willi Cicci).

Russell as MacReady or Lincoln as Rick

Re: The X vs X Horror Game

Russell, by a long shot.
