Castle Freak is one of the best Full Moon movies, and though it is not based on a Lovecraft story, it really catches the feeling of Lovecraft well.

So Lon, how ya doin'?  Looks like we may have 2 or 3 new people this weekend.

You could also try chamomile tea Az, it relaxes the body, I've used it a few times and find it works fairly well.
