Wow, that's mint man It's from the old TV show right? How come you decided to get him tattooed?

I got it for what it represents. I've always rooted for the " Underdog." One who defies all odds and triumphs in the end because of ol' fashioned hard work/dedication.

Thanks UD, I love what your tattoo stands for. I think the best way to achieve something is to work for it, that way you feel you've really earnt it

hellrat: The tat on your right arm was did with really cool colors, especially the blue.

DH:Is the zombie original art? I'm guessing yes.

What I dig about tats are the stories behind them, and the art secondly.

I have an old-school Mickey Mouse on my left shoulder -- my first tattoo.  Got it in the summer of '91 while in the Army.  Decided to prove my manhood by getting tatted up, when a buddy said "don't go getting any rinky-dink mickey mouse tattoo."  I guess I showed him...

2nd tattoo I got in '92, a woman's disembodied facial features on my right shoulder.  Was supposed to be a tat of a hot chick I'd seen in a music video with black hair in a Prince Valiant cut, but I had the tattoo artist stop after he had laid down the eyes, nose and mouth.  Thought it looked pretty cool just like that.

3rd/last tattoo -- autumn of '06.  My daughter's name in Japanese on the inside of my right forearm, to honor her half-Japanese heritage.

I do plan on getting at least one more tattoo -- the name of whatever broad I manage to trick into marrying me, over my heart.  And I've been considering adding on to the right forearm tat to include my daughter's name in English and her birth date.  I'm also strongly considering getting my Army unit tattooed on the inside of my left forearm, along with my unit and battalion crests.

I also want a bunch more if I stop spending my money.
I want to add to the rosary hydrangeas flowers that grew in my grandparent backyard.
And add their names. They are all gone now.
I also want a Sailor Moon tattoo, a geisha, and cherry blossoms.

I have 19 and plan on getting more.  I need to get an album going of all the ones I have.  Once I get my rib pieces done this summer I will take them.  I also have my tongue pierce and am toying with the idea of nipple rings again.
Tattoos are just plain sexy to me
