Though I did hear Green Naugahyde, which I thought was right on and old school.

As for 2011, I also liked Anvil's Juggernaut of Justice.

^^great list though i would include Wasting Light by Foo Fighters but excellent list some great albums there especially Condition Of My Parole

I like the Foo's! Don't get me wrong; It was just so over played through radio and people I know this year that the album just got tiring. I also feel they are a much better band live than albums... And Conditions is brilliant! Anything Maynard does is simply the greatest!!

I've not heard any on the list except Worship Music which is fucking killer & i agree the Foo's are great live but i've not really liked an album all the way through since There's Nothing Left to Lose.

This album is just solid all the way through. Then the bonus track cover is so much icing on the cake I just didn't know how anything could beat it after I first heard it, and I didn't lol since It made #1.

this one came out of nowhere to be stuck in my car stereo for well over a month, this shit rules

best pop punk band around today, get better with every album

Banner Pilot - Heart Beats Pacific
Dead to Me - Moscow Penny Ante
The Crusades - The Sun Is Down And the Night Is Riding In
What do you get when you throw in pop punk with a dash of metal? This shit
Gateway District - Perfect's Gonna Fail
Night Birds - The Other Side of Darkness
My favorite new band of the year.  Surf punk/old school punk reminiscent of the Dead Kennedys and the Adolescents with some horror themed lyrics thrown in for good measure.  Love this band.
Screeching Weasel - First World Manifesto
Ben Weasel might be an asshole but he still sure does know how to write some goddamn catchy ass tunes
Swingin' Utters - Here, Under Protest
another band that disappeared for almost a decade and came back with a great album.

Was thinking of doing a top ten of 7 inches and EPs but don't know if I have it in me at the moment.  We shall see. LOL
