Sure he's not in a fair but spiders were prototypes from that dude no???
If it was for me, he'd become Spidey after hitting a radioactive web in an old creepy house and it'd transfer atoms into his body. These spiders wouldn't be man made but from space. But you're not me, luckily. 
Underground street fight sounds cool.
