Miranda Castle or Chateau de Noisy is an abandoned castle in Namur province (Celles) in Belgium that attracts travelers with its terrifying façade till nowadays.
It was designed and constructed in 1866 for Liedekerke-Beaufort family, descendent of the French Revolution.
Peaceful residency continued till World War II, when it was taken by Nazis.
In 1958 it was turned in Chateau de Noisy, a school for children of railway personnel.
Since 1991 the castle is desolated. During years it has experienced multiple destructions, fires and, of course, robberies much to regret of Celles municipality. In fact, authorities cannot contradict private property rights. So, Chateau de Noisy can only pull in curios spectators.
