Topic: Letterman's plotted kidnapper escape from jail!

I just saw an article about the guy who plotted to kidnap David Letterman's son has escaped from jail.  Poor Dave.  Thats gotta make you nervous as hell knowing the guy could be anywhere looking for your little kid.

He was in prison for ten years for OVERCHARGING Letterman but charges on attemped kidnap dropped? Our system needs a swift kick in the pants, check this out...

The overcharging wasnt the official offense.  This is what the really happened:

"Prosecutors later dropped a charge of solicitation to kidnap, in exchange for guilty pleas on three other charges, including felony theft and misdemeanor obstruction."

But to get a felony theft, he must have overcharged like a motherfucker.
