Re: Whats your favorite DVD in your horror collection?

Re: Whats your favorite DVD in your horror collection?

Way to many to pick one out, kinda like picking out your favorite kid

Re: Whats your favorite DVD in your horror collection?

It's hard to pick one favourite.  But, gun to my head, The Evil Dead Ultimate Edition.  It has amazing packaging.

Re: Whats your favorite DVD in your horror collection?

I am partial to the Nightmare on Elm Street Box Set with all the movies in separate packages (to hell with slim cases) and a weird ass special feature disk with some kind of maze of menus unlocking about a million little special feature clips.  It was a pain in the ass but also rewarding.

and also:
Evil Dead 3 Disk
Ultimate Dawn of the Dead

Also I got a five disk set of Halloween 6 on bootleg including a special features disk (with a denise richards test for one of the roles), the tv cut, producers cut, and a bunch of other stuff.

It wasn't the most expensive DVD i ever bought, but it set the benchmark (for me) of how a film should be released

and by the way, this was a horrible post to read because now I have about 40 movies I have to go out and get now.  Thanks for all the ideas

Re: Whats your favorite DVD in your horror collection?

Damn, so many to pick from for different reasons. But my Resident Evil movies (Milla Jovovich-YUMMY), Death Tunnel since it was shot on location at Waverly Hills Sanatorium (and I like all those haunted places and such)

Re: Whats your favorite DVD in your horror collection?

nice!!!! my favorite is Day of the Dead

Re: Whats your favorite DVD in your horror collection?

Really really hard to choose, but I like my ultimate editions of Dawn and Evil Dead as well as the collectors tin editions of Versus and Hellraiser, but I can't forget how excited I was when I opened up my copy of The Old Boy 3 disc collectros set a couple of Christmases ago.

Re: Whats your favorite DVD in your horror collection?

You know, I'm not extremely attached to any particular dvd in my dvd collection, but I am very attached to my original mint condition Thorn EMI clamshell Evil Dead on vhs. It was a present from my parents and very cool.
