We have a wealth of people who enjoy Asian horror. I know myself, BlackDeathDamien, and Edogg all enjoy Asian horror a lot. We have lots of reviews up for different films.
It is hard to just find a spot to "start" with Asian horror. They have many different styles and can be frustrating to people because a lot of times they really can be puzzling films. Obviously if you try and jump in and get some crappy flicks it may lessen your interest in the genre. I have never seen Ghost Train so I am unsure on if it's any good.
Here are some better asian films to try and jump into:
A Tale of Two Sisters
Battle Royale
Evil Dead Trap
Shutter
Versus
Audition
One Missed Call
Wild Zero
Those are a few suggestions on where to try and dive into the genre. They are all a little different in style and story, but all good places to begin an interest in Asian Horror. I suggest try and see A Tale of Two Sisters before they kill it with the upcoming remake.
Here is a great article on the "new" wave of Asian Horror. Great article with lots of film suggestions and plot synopsis.
