My son Alex with Gerretta from Demons, she was really sweet and I even got a hug

We went to the Q&A with Joe Pilato. He was really entertaining and told several stories about Day of the Dead. He also gave an impromptu performance as Rhodes. My son was really enjoying it That's the editor of Fangoria interviewing him.

We also went to the Q&A of Kane Hodder. He said he was going to be filming Hatchet 3 next month and that it will be even more violent than the first two!
So here are my autographed photos from the day...
Some VHS I picked up...
and a New Hammer Book...
We had a great time...The smaller cons are much more fun than the bigger ones. No lines and lots of Horror Geeks to talk to

LoudLon wrote:I hear Rooker's a total rock star, loves his fans, is very animated and personable but modest at the same time. If I ever met him I'd ask him about a flick he did called Brown's Requiem, which was based on a book by crime fiction author extraordinaire James Ellroy and is a much better flick than most folks give it credit for. He did some great character work in that flick. Camille Keaton is interesting to me because she's only ever really done one genre flick and you don't really hear a lot from or about her, which is surprising considering the nature of that one flick. I'd wonder what she thinks of having done it, does she still think it was a good role to take, that kind of thing.
I managed to catch most of Brown's Requiem, and I enjoyed what I saw. And your right, Rooker was really good it it. Need to give it another watch sometime soon. As for Camille, she had a small role in Fred Vogel's Sella Turcica (2010), still looking good to boot. If you are a fan of Death Dream, it is worth checking out.
Re: Picture's

So here's the explanation: One of the old Blockbuster stores I used to work at is closing down. My girlfriend and I went in and this was what we had picked out (mostly me) before we trimmed it down (I ended up putting back about 20 movies) The full list of what I got is in the "Recent horror dvd purchase" thread I'm making the "God damn it, my shoulders hurt, take the fucking picture already!" face
Re: Picture's
I love the look on your face It looks like you are going to busy for a while...lol It was really sad when all the Blockbusters closed here. Luckily I still have a local rental store and two DVD stores to buy from.

@ swollen; Easy to see why it's a favorite place to hike. @ revenge; Lilli is such a lil cutie. @ D D; Blockbuster went out of business here a few yrs back, and I too was able to pick up a shit load of DVD's at a great price. @DG; * I'm so envious* Thanks for posting the vid! There were numerous items that caught my attention, but the one that really caught my eye was the fortune teller machine prop. Thanks for sharing you guys/gals.
