It has been a little over a month now and the DVD has not arrived.
How long does it normally take for the studios to send their swag out?
Or should I assume that it was lost in the mail?

i would say a month is more then long enouh. Shoot me an EMAIL with your name and mailing address nad I will followup. oh and a note as to waht its about i get alot of email smile
