I've seen a few horror fans from Georgia on here so I thought I'd share some info on this event:

I live an hour and 15 minutes south of Atlanta and would check this out but this weekend my Georgia Bulldogs have a tough SEC game against Kentucky at home so I will be going to it and it's a noon game so I can't miss it cause if we win and Tennessee loses 1 more game then UGA will be in the SEC championship again.

Maybe some other time though. Thanks for the info.:cool:

The show had a medium sized crowd turn up and it was a blast the whole evening.

The women at the doogallery were surprising. Very good looking and there was a great ratio. Not a "sausage fest" at all. With free beer I almost expected nothing but guys.

I'm not sure about the Plaza Theater scene, they do Rocky Horror there a lot and it is near little five points so I imagine horror buff/punk rock chicks a plenty.

The Shriek Theater movies are once a month, they are gunna be showing Brain Damage next. I'm not sure if a date is set yet for that event. There is this Gorehound Guide to Atlanta that lists all the "horror events" that are going on each month.

I've been to the Star Bar in L5P a few times, for their X-Mas shows. I don't believe I have been in the Yacht Club, but I've been up and down Little 5 so I'm sure I stumbled in at least once. Never been to the Atkins Bar...

I really wanted to go see Suspiria this Tuesday at the Plaza since they are showing the 35mm print, not just a DVD. I gotta work so I won't be there but I will probably be showing up for the next Plaza event:
