Favorite thriller movie of all time...

in my collection i added my thriller in with my horror, but im curious to see what everyone's favorite thriller is. It could fall into the horror genre too, but anyways, my favorite has to be... Identity...love John Cusak in this film, and Clea DuVall (even though it's a small role)...this movie really kept me on the edge and kept me guessing...great film i would give it a 8 outta 10

SE7EN! I wouldn't consider it horror but Thriller is a better term. Masterfully done by all. Fincher really makes his mark here as well as great performances, especially Kevin Spacey as John Doe.

Re: Favorite thriller movie of all time...

One of my favorites is one that i am hoping someone knows the name to, because i seen it once but i am not sure of the name, it was one about a guy and his daughter move to a new house and the little girl goes into the woods all the time. Anyone have any idea of what the show may be? It was in the movie theaters around Valentines day 2005. Otherwise i also like The Grudge.

The Machinist! Love that movie! Every time I watch it I get something new or different out of it. I still don't completely understand what's going on, but that's what makes it awesome.

Hands Down, Angel Heart!
If you haven't seen it, go grab it!!  It's a classic, plus it's probably Mickey Rourke's best work since Pope of Greenwhich Village.

I really like Se7en, Silence of The Lambs, The Jacket, Manhunter, Shallow Grave, The Game, Primal Fear, Stir of Echoes, Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Suspect Zero, etc.

But my favorite is The Usual Suspect.

Angel Heart is def. awsome but if you like it you might also like the Skeleton Key witch i kinda thought was slow going but the ending is a real kicker
Se7en is also awsome but Silence of the Lambs is prolly my fav

As watching through the movie over again i start to notice more clues everytime i watch it. If u can handle watching commentary, i reconmend it. The director reveal alot of clues that i would'nt notice while watching it, and i've seen it maybe 5 or 6 times before i decided to watch it with commentary. Remenber how it unveils it at the end, i would'nt never figured that out, the director really throws u out but gives clues to try and figure it out.
I also cant believe that was Christian Bale and right after that he had to bulk up for Batman Begins because it was his next movie with only a couple a months to do it in.

Silence of the Lambs for sure.  I also really enjoyed Unbreakable.  I know a lot of people didn't think it lived up to Sixth Sense, but I loved the nemesis factor.
