Beetlejuice was what I chose but it is so difficult with Burton.  Although I hate (absolutely loathe) the remake of Planet of the Apes and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

I am scratching my head about Pee Wee.  I did not know that was Burton.
I went with Sleepy Hollow, tho Beetlejuice is close.

I think sleepy hollow was the perfect vehicle for burtons gloomy demeanor.

now edward scissorhands was great for they more dreamy-fantasy aspect of his style, the only film of his i hated was planet of the apes.

Reviving this thread and going 'No!!' lol

I love Burton, his ethereal style, his gothic charm he really has a special magic he brings to the screen. His approach to the movies is so different from the usual and I love him for it. No way am I doing the poll because I cannot choose, it is between Scissorhands and Beetlejuice, and Mars Attack. Can't choose a particular one so I cannot vote lol. I love my Burton magic big_smile

i honestly can't choose between Edward Scissorhands, Mars Attacks or Sweeney Todd but if you twisted my arm i'd go for Edward Scissorhands. tough choice though, i love his films never seen Big Fish but the only one of his i dislike is the planet of the apes remake, why oh why did he do that?

Edward Scissorhands, no question at all.  If I could find the video, I would have posted it but there used to be a fanvideo on Youtube which was clips of Edward Scissorhands with the song Strange & Beautiful by Aqualung and it was the perfect song to describe a perfect character (and Johnny Depp has never been more beautiful than in this film). smile

Tim Burton is awesome. I voted Batman

But some of my other favorites of his are: Edward Sizorhands, Marz Attacks, Batman Returns, and Beetlejuice. I love A Nightmare Before Christmas as well, even though it wasn't availbale for a vote.

Voted for Sweeney Todd, but it's hard to say between that one, Big Fish and Planet of the Apes. Or Batman Returns....
Anyway, I was surprised that Sleepy Hollow has 11 votes, I think that's one of his worse films.

Sweeny Todd roll If I never see it again it will be too soon , I love Beetle juice , but Edward scissor hands has my vote big_smile
