Topic: Looking for a certain horror movie!

Hi all, I am new to this site but I have been trying to find the name of horror flick. I have searched hig and low, but maybe I am just a retard. The movie is in the realm of The Car, Trucks or Duel. The most glaring part I remember is a glowing red cross in the cab of the truck. You never see the driver so it could be possessed but you never really know.

Let me know before I go insane.

Was it Maximum Overdrive by Stephen King? Or maybe the made for TV version of his short story called trucks? Both feature trucks "coming to life" and attacking people.

I thought it might be "Nightmares", a horror anthology from the 80's.  The third tale has Lance Henriksen as a world-weary priest going up against a demonic Truck, DUEL style.  You know it was demonic, because it had an upside down cross hanging from the rear view mirror.  But I don't remember it glowing red.    But you don't see the driver in it either.

Maybe it was Monster Man, or Highwaymen, I remember the flick I just can't place it 100% right now.......
