If you are referring to you reviews, they are automatically saved. Once you write a review and submit it, it is stpred right away on your Morguespace page.

for layouts, its the myspace layouts. just google myspace layouts and copy and paste the code for the layout you want into the "horrific story of me" section. then click submit.
