There should be a forum for Horror novels!

This might be spam but I'll respond anyway, Richard Laymon is my favorite author, I've read almost everyone of his books and loved everyone of them. Especially The Traveling Vampire Show and Night in the Lonesome October.

I've read Lonesome and a couple others. The Cellar is really the one to read. After reading that I have to hide the covers of Laymon's books when I read them on the subway or anywhere in public. Scandalous sh*t. It's good to know there's a group of freaks out there who get a kick out of his work.

I'm reading Funland right now. A friend got it from England cause you can't get it in North America. I'll find out why soon enough.

I'd like to see an Indie filmaker bring this stuff to the screen.

We used to have a combined forum for Horror Games, Comics, and Novels.  Overtime it changed and we dont really have a specific spot for them.  Feel free to talk about horror books in the Gaming or in the General Chit/Chat areas as that will give you the most success.

First of all, Meh - the - a threat or a promise? 

J - dream on.  Until my mailman says, "Oh look, a present from J!" I will campaign against a cool JMH forum.

There might be a difference between "promising" and "sarcastic humoring"

on the subject of new forums why not have a section dedicated to our dreams that we can share with others so long as they aren't too naughty...
