Topic: What are you favorite Horror movies?

So what are your favorite horror movies? A few of mine that come to mind are

- Army of Darkness
- Bubba Ho Tep
- White Noise ( more thriller then horror )
- They Live
- SAW
- Hostel

I am sure I am missing a ton of good flicks, post yours smile Who knows I might discover some new movies I need to check out.

Dawn of the Dead both the remake and the original are fantastic. The Thing is also a great choice. Dog Soldiers never quite did it for  me myself. Great list Norrock. I believe Salma Hayek was in The Faculty which right there makes it a good movie smile

Dog Soldiers: Raw Meat or Fresh Meat depends who you ask.. Has been in limbo for awhile now.. I haven't heard anything about it for about a year now so my guess is that it is development hell.. Too bad really, I loved that movie.. Anyway my list:

Let Sleeping Corpses Lie (if you haven't seen this yet what are you waiting for?)

Those are just the ones I can think of rather easily.. I have alot of "favorites" but those are among the elite in my DVD collection..

Man I got a copy of Let Sleeping Corpses die and have never watched it. This is why this thread is a great idea, I am gonna watch it now. Great list goon.

Ahh.. I forgot about An American Werewolf in London and From Dusk til Dawn.. both are great films.. I've never seen Event Horizon but it sounds like alot of people really dig it.. I'll have to check it out..

No not yet.. I'm not sure what the hold up is with Nickelodeon.. I really loved that TV show too.. probably helped feed my love of horror at a very young age..

I don't believe it was the same one Dean.

It was an ABC Movie Of The Week way back in 1973. I was 7 years old when I first saw it. Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark is a movie that will stick with you for life ( at least the people from my generation who saw it)

This is another movie that was supposed to be remade - or rumor has it.

You can get 'Are you afraid of the dark?' Season 1 on Amazon as a Canandian release.
