Re: Your favorite gems/little known films...

The is a horror movie call Soul Survivors  that was i believe a direct dvd thing that noone hears about. I think i picked it up at the dollar store and its a well made horror movie that seems to be so unkown for some reason. you know once in a while a low budget nothing can turn out to be something.

I've had that for years.. didn't think it was that unknown .. Eliza Dushku  wink, and Harvey Danger does the soundtrack .. couple of well known actors other than dushku in it. all in all it's not a bad flick.

Re: Your favorite gems/little known films...

Not horror per se and really am not sure how well this is known but a favourite of mine is Ordinary Decent Criminal. Anything with Spacey has my nod. smile

Re: Your favorite gems/little known films...

Some of these may suck by other people's standards, but I like 'em:

Santa Sangre
The Candy Snatchers
Shatter Dead
Original Sins (made by some of the guys from KNB effects)
Intruder
Mr. Stitch
Dead & Buried
Romper Stomper
The Seventh Curse (crazy Chow Yun Fat horror flick)
A Chinese Ghost Story
The Dead Next Door
Split Second
The Vicious Sweet
Bloodletting
Bad Moon
Red Spirit Lake
Dust Devil

I'll post more when they come to me.

I really dug Miracle Mile when I first found that old vhs in the am pm. It was unknown then. I think it has a following now.

How to Get Ahead in Advertising is a good un.
