I just hope his enthusiasm comes through as intimidating in the film I want him to scare me

Hes a great actor. I hear hes a real sweet guy in real life but buy he can play a good bad guy. I am fully confident that he can pull it off.

Robert has given Jackie his blessing and seems to be fully behind the re-imagining of the character. So...if Robert is ok with it, so am I.

im nervous about this whole elm st remake... freddy's my main man. i worshipped him as a kid!

i hope the writing and dialogue is a helluvalot better than Freddy Vs Jason.
granted, i LOVED FvJ... but the repitition of storyline as if the audience has lost all abilities of paying attention irked me. and the way they retold jason's story was just ridiculous...

but anyhow... with the advent of CG freddy is finally given the ability to do absolutely anything! so i hope the kills stay imaginative and humorous...


i can see similarities between Haley and Englund, but i think it's all in his movements. Freddy has just always had a specific motion and walk to him that this new guy is going to have to pull off imo.
