Many of my favorites have already been listed... but I felt the Oblongs needed a mention, as well as the short lived Toxic Avenger cartoon and of course Casper the Friendly Ghost. Teen Wolf had a cartoon as well if I remember.

i don't watch cartoona but as a kid i watched dungons and dragons. that is sorta horror. lol

I love Monsters Inc. Not a cartoon (3d animation better) and not horror themed.. But it has to do with monsters tongue

And Dead Space was pretty horror-like...
