Topic: What do you drive?

O.K. I tried to ressist but in the end I just had to do it. My two loves are horror movies and cars, I spend my days working on my car and my nights watching movies. Normally my first question to some one I meet is "What kind of car do you drive?" I'm surprised I've lasted this long without asking. Like some people need a face to a name I need a car to a name, so what's everybodys transportation?

(Warning to any Mustang owners) I have nothing against you but if you drive a mustang I may go on a rant about how much I hate them. I have a personal grudge with mustangs.

I'm into good old American Muscle (except Mustangs) Thats why im about 2 years into restoring my car I bought for $450. The car you ask?

Now I know not everyone is into cars, and I really tryed to ressist. I just can't help myself, by nature I have to brag about my car and ask about others.

1996 Nisan Altima with less than 80k miles and it was free!  I've been putting a little money into it so that in 2 years when my son gets his licence he can buy the car from me and I can buy a newer Jeep Wrangler with the body lift and oversized tires.

Hey I don't need to drive much.  I only live a mile from work.

Under 80k not bad for a 1996, not a bad deal for free (I know I would'nt pay for it) Can you beleave though that my 1984 Cutlass only has 84k? When I bought it it only had 78k and that was in November of 2005. I did'nt start driving it until this past August. I can't wait until summer so I can back off on the miles I'm putting on her.

Well, I am not much into cars nor do I have one at the present time.  But the one that I drive and would most likely get from my parents (if it still works) would be my dad's 1991 Chevy Lumina.  I think it has a little over 100,000 miles on it, but works fine.

actually it has 60,482 miles on it as of lunch today... It was free, but I replaced the front breaks, rotors and calipers and put a new bumper and grill in it.  I still need to replace the driver door lock cylider and the entire exhaust system from the engin back is rusting out bad.  I may be able to save the catalitic converter.  So nothing is really free... lol

It does have cruise control and a/c and a tape deck!  Who can't live without a tape deck?

My gf's car is an '02 Olds Alero 6 cyl.

Im 16 and im getting a 2001 Toyota Avalon i think thats how u spell it but i really want a 2006 F-150 4 door black auto or a 1970 SS Chevy Chevelle i dunno on that spellign either

my car sucks but it does do what it needs Ford Taurus 2001, And I have been driving since 88 no parking tickets and never been pulled over, and I do take chances but I have a knack for avoiding the Fuzz.

As soon as I can drive, which will be in about six months, I'll be getting a black Ford Ranger, free of charge.  Don't know what year.

1984 Toyta Supra - Shit Brown...awesome car

5 spd manual, 54K miles on it....all stock, except I had a custom 8 track put it.  I love this car.

No nothing is ever free, I've spent about a thousand on mine but thats expected with restoring cars. I love getting stoped at gas stations for 15 minutes being commeted on the car.

Who needs a Catalitic converter? just cut that baby out. My exhaust was pretty bad but now I have just a pipe coming from the motor with no muffler. Catalitic converters are nothing but a hassle better to just leave them off, they never check for them in expections.

Love Chevelle's, why don't you go with a 1970 Olds Cutlass? There practically cousins in the car world just like the '80's Cutlass is the same as Monte Carlos. Although in my opinion the Old's looks better.

Could be I'm bias towards Olds though.

Don't be ashamed I use to drive an old beat up spray painted stationwagon that smelled like piss and mildew. Granted it was'nt my car, I only drove it while I was on my learners but still pretty embarrasing to drive.

My car is a wagon hehe, 93 ford taurus wagon that I bought off a cousin of mine. The only reason I bought it was because it was cheap and I needed a car badly.
If I get pulled over by the cops it's getting impounded for sure. It's a junk heap on wheels.

I have a 1965 chevy el camino, that I redid the original 327 to what is now a 380 by the time I bored the engine, It has roller rockers and roller camm, a Holly quadrojet and performer intake. I have to rebuild the brakes because they went out a few years ago and I have not had time to work on it. I have a MSD ignition kit for it but have yet to do that either. When I'm not working on that I have a 04 Dodge Hemi sport edition pick-up, 4 door SLT. My wife drive an 05 X-Terra and I also have an 05 Suzuki Volusia motorcycle which I love. It's silver and white and needs an oil change and good shine before summer gets here.
