Topic: the best and worst dvd commentaries (non-horror)

i really enjoyed the commentaries on "anchorman" and "tropic thunder" while i thought the commentary on "pleasantville" was awful.

Never mind lol thanks for this thread Ashes wink

Honestly one of my favourite commentaries came from a movie that possibly only I like lol. Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events (ft Jim Carrey). In the commentary they claim to have the real author behind the books, of course they call him Lemony. But throughout the entire commentary they keep messing with his head. Whomever the soul was he said he had not watched the movie and wanted something nice and sweet, so the guy interviewing kept saying one thing and then doing another. The chemistry was superb

and the reaction he constantly gave was very amusing. It kept me smiling throughout.

I am not a fan of commentaries so I must have loved that one because I have listened to it around 3 to 4 times lol. So yeah that is it for me. x

Anchorman and Ricky Bobby have some great commentary.

I thought Roger Eberts commentary on Dark city directors cut was great

The commentary on From Dusk Till Dawn was pretty cool.
