in the UK it is due to come out on the 1st Feb 2010, which I managed to find after a lot of searching,
given we are usually a month behind the US, I'd say therefore they are getting it somewhere in the January midst.
Most I can find on the information for the DVD, hope it provides a little help for you and welcome btw dpnla to horror movies

My gut feeling is going along with BTK saying H2 will be out in January. However the 2007 remake was out on DVD in December so H2 may hit dvd by then.
