I have been disappointed with Barker adapted material as of late.  Midnight Meat Train wasnt very good and Book of Blood started promising and just killed itself as it went on.  So my expectations are extremely tempered on this one.

I am a HUGE Clive Barker fan. 

His stuff seems chalk full of melodrama only b/c he does a great job getting readers/audience members involved & really feeling for the characters.  Gives you that whole, "Damn.. what would I do if I were the one being stalked or tortured?"

But, Clive Barker didn't pen the script so I'm not sure if I will like the outcome.  Still though, I'll be watching this one for sure.

I'm hoping this will be on of the few good After Dark films.  I'm a Clive Barker fan.
