Topic: Alpha Dog (2006)

I didn't think I would like this movie as I am not into these kinda of movies, I gave this movie to my brother for his birthday, so i put on last weekend.

I was thinking the movie was not going to be that good and the acting will be bad but that sure changed after I put the DVD on.



This movie start of with a little party then it dose not take too long to get to the action when Jake gatecrashes Johnn'y part they both come to a blow.

The next morning Zach who just had argument with is parents,sneak out of his room, only to be kidnapped by Johnny and he pals and Zach's is okay with it, figuring his brother will pay the debt soon. Johnny tells Frankie to be Zach's minder and they become really good friends, While Zach is being kidnapped he really enjoying drinking and smoking.

It can get bit silly that a lot of people know that his been kidnapped but that the only downside.

but my god the ending,I was shocked I didn't think it would end that way, it was so shocking.

Acting was really good, great movie

Yes, a very good movie, an excelent young cast.  I don't care much for his music, but I am a fan of Justin Timberlake the actor.  And yes Suspiria, Amber Heard plays a game of topless Marco Polo in the film.  Also, the movie is based off of actual events.

I was very surprised with the movie, I thought it would suck, but lo and behold, I loved it. And the ending gave me a shock too.

It's based on the true story in California of Jesse James Hollywood who had his thug friends kill his rival's little brother cause of drug money. JJH was on the FBI's top 10 wanted list but was caught last year in South America and brought back.......here;s the real guy that the film was based on:

A similar true crime film worth seeing is Larry Clarke's BULLY... a much better film IMO. The 'stars' Bruce Willis and Sharon Stone really ruined Alpha Dog for me.

Yeah Bully was a good film too.  Definitely topped Alpha Dog when it comes to nudity and teen sex.  Bijou Phillips was hot in it too!

You can get her obligatory multiple titty-shot in "The Informers", too!!! tongue and whoa... J.J. Hollywood looks pretty bangable!!!!

this was a really great movie I thought it was gonna suck too..BULLY was a fucked up movie I was like wow..I thought KIDS was a out there but BULLY threw me for a loop..the book was great aswell...
