Damn straight! lol I quote 300 out loud while I'm watching it, which I'm sure scares the people in the rooms around me a little bit. And the same for when I yell "This is Sparta!" and kick the wall.
And, same as you, no one can say "This is..." anything around me without me repeating them, questioningly, and then saying, "This is Sparta!"
I also have a habit of randomly saying "Then we will fight in the shade" at times that really don't call for it. For instance...
Person: "My stapler's broken."
Me: "Then we will fight in the shade."
or...
Person: "The Price is Right sure did suck today. And Drew's so fat, he blocks out the sun."
Me: "Then we will fight in the shade."

I can appreciate your liking the more serious films over the cgi fest. From that list I like Brave heart the best myself, but Troy, really? Troy kind of %#%$# donkey and then had the donkey %#^& it back into its mouth. The only good part was when Brad took out the giant and that was a 30 sec scene.

Troy is awesome! Well I love it only for the Brad Pitt factor, sooooo hot. 
Plus it is kind of cool.
