Two Evil Eyes is available on Region 1 DVD and Blu-Ray as well.

I've got a Philips DVP5140 that has been awesome so far. I got it awhile back on Amazon for like $80, worth every penny. I just searched for "all region DVD players" and found a bunch of different models.

You might want to check out this website though before investing in a new player

A lot of manufacturers don't want to build 6 versions of the same model player for the 6 different region zones, so they build 1 version and use put in codes through the remote to switch the players to a specific region. So check to see if your player is on this site, there are a ton of listings so you might find it.
