zombie film with Ken Foree

I can't see the link from here but if it's the zombie movie from Serbia called Zone of The Dead, I already saw it at the Mayfair Theatre here in Ottawa. It's not that it's a bad movie but if you have a choice, please watch it with subtitles. The english overdubs are the worst I've ever seen. Everybody sounds like chipmunks in the movie. It kind of ruined it a little for me.
