this is a good example of a remake that is gonna kick some serious ballz

the original is so dated, cheesy, and lame - but the story is so rockin it requires a 2010 remake

the original is a good story and idea - i really like that

but the rest of it deserves a modern day make over

it will also be pimp - if they keep up with the violence

I loved the original but it did have some flaws to it. I'm hoping the remake can fill in those gaps from the original, so I am looking forward to seeing how this movie turns out. Hopefully it doesn't disappoint. smile

Yeah, the original never really lived up to it's potential, great concept, but Romero just didn't have the budget to pull it off in a big way. This one looks like a blast though!

It turned out to be a wonderful suprise with Romero as co-writer and producer, this was done better then the original which was never up to snuff with his zombie trilogy, Martin or Creepshow.
