the original is a cheap, little seen film with Stephen Ritch which has a science fiction explanation for him turning into a werewolf ( radiation, i think). strange film to pick for a remake. ( proberly won't get made)

The remake part doesn't surprise me, but the film does.
Haven't even heard of The Werewolf. I might pick it up if I see it somewhere.

makes sense they won’t have to use any cgi, the little bastard just will quit shaving or waxing a few days before they shoot.

i'd agree Daph, can't really think of any films off hand where he has impressed me, but he's not the worst and i could see him pulling off playing a werewolf.
