Wow! I hope this is real and not just a hoax, because that would give me even more reason to see IM2 in the theater!
I have always thought, given the amount of material that was used to promote the original which showed events that took place before Cloverfield arrived in Manhattan, that the sequel, if made, would be a prequel showing how it made its way to NY. Wouldn't surprise me if it has been in the can this whole time, with them waiting for the right time to release it. One can only hope!:D
