Topic: Jason Lives Deluxe Edition

I read in my Making Friday the 13th book that when filming Jason Lives that in preparation for the MPAA cuts they filmed 3 different versions of the kills, a PG13 version, an R rated version & an X rated version possibly for a future release. Does anybody have the Deluxe Edition DVD of the film & does it have those kills, is the dvd worth shelling out cause as i still only have them all on VHS except Jason X  & was thinking of getting my favourite sequels on dvd.

Yeah, it's worth it. Commentary by writer/director Tom Laughlin is good. The only scene I think is extended with Uncut footage is the 'bend the sheriff backwards' bit. I might be wrong tho.

The best film in the series IMO. Worth every penny.
