The head reminds me of Pale Man from Pan's Labyrinth with a seriously long arse lower jaw.

I really have to thank God for French horror. For me it's the Europeans led by the French that are doing all the best work in horror today. I guess they have 35 or so years  of catching up to do and if they have passed Hollywood already in quality and originality, the next few years should blow our faces off.
