You know what is worse than bad overhyped movies AND bad overhyped mainstream movies ?
extremly bad overhyped undergroundish word of mouth movies... I can sum up the human centipede and give a feeling on the artistical process leading to it's creation  in one line :

gniiiii... poop to mouth... wargarbllll....

The only quality of this cinematic brainfart was to actually make me wish I was watching Cloverfield instead... That's how bad it is...
