Topic: HUGE 2011 movie in production!

I will admit, I wasnt a big fan of Transformers 2 but with part 3 filming here in chicago and a lot of stuff being visible from nearby, it's hard not to get a little jazzed up about it.  We've seen some good stuff, from Nascar transformers blazing around with machine guns firing wildly, to explosions & fireballs by the river, and even base jumpers jumping off Trump Tower today(yikes!).  Quick take a sneak peek below!  (Special thanks to lots of my fellow Chicago peeps that have been clicking away with their cameras as I have too)

^ Its so badass, i fricken love the animated movie! If only Micheal Bay could achieve that in the movies.

I actually don't mind his movies for some mindless action, looks like there will be some major carnage in this big_smile

Yeah I live and work right around all of this, cool stuff everywhere.  ALways a good time when they film around here, lots of stuff to see and places to try and sneak and get a better peek at the action.  Got some great looks at stuff being filmed for this, also when they filmed Dark Knight, Wanted, and Public Enemies.  The best was when they filmed some Bride of Chucky around here and they had Chucky and the Bride dolls in a horse & Carriage and had it ride around the streets of chicago.  Classic!

they filmed some of the new robin hood film with russell crowe and the new harry potter film on one of the beaches round here last year!

they built a cottage on the beach for harry potter and you could go and have a look round.......i've got some pics somewhere, i'll try and dig them out wink
