Topic: Russian 28 Days Later

Read a review of an upcoming Russian scifi / horror movie and spent the last few days trying to find it again! I even watched a trailer on youtube. Hoping someone could help me out with a title. The plot sounded something like 28 Days later with a guy waking up to a post apocalyptic world.

Just watched Cold Prey after reading the reviews on this site and loved it.
