Well there was a programme shown in schools called Look and Read. During each programme they showed a serial. One of those was a 10-part serial called Dark Towers. There was a character in it who scared me, called the White Knight.

Yeah, I used to be too scared to watch The Twilight Zone when I was a kid, but now I watch it all the time. Good times.

Rod Serling's, Night Gallery used to scare the bajeezus outta me when I was a kid. Although I didn't watch Dark Shadows. I do remember seeing an episode of it at one of my Aunts house and getting the heebie jeebies.

When I was a kid there was basically only The Outer Limits and Twilight Zone.
But what really scared the hell out of me was the opening theme to Perry Mason, I don't know why but it sure freaked me out

I don't remember being scared by very many horror TV shows as a kid.
I remember the werewolf episode in Goosebumps kinda creeping me out though.
