Topic: What movie was that

Does this sound familiar:
I`m looking for that first horror movie that freaked me right out as a kid. It was in the  early days of betamax, I didn`t know these things existed. On a visit to friends of the family, the hosts set up a movie to keep me occupied while the adults talked in the other room, and this flick was just a whole other world.

It was a collection of shorts along the lines of Black Sabbath or the Monster Club, and one story (the only one I remember) had the villain cut up a victim, wrap the parts in butcher-paper, and store them in the freezer. Of course the parts reanimate and take revenge.
Who knows how it holds up now, but I`m dying to see it again.

PS, this really is a friendly request, but my crappy laptop won`t display question marks. Weird, but true.

hi, i am pretty new here, i saw a movie around 2000 - 2004 maybe and i can only remember that when people are in dark something gets them, in one scene a guy is in jail and is screaming at guards not to leave him in dark.  Every one in movie always had to have some sort of light on to be safe. Please help me, its killing me not knowing.

Pretty sure thats right, even though there is another very similar movie from around 2005, cant remember the name off the top of my head though.

Anyone remember a movie where this creepy guy lives alone and has all these machines that he makes to do rudimentary tasks for him. One day someone steals his bike from a strip mall and he goes on a “large escapade” to hunt the thief and get his bike back?
