Splice comes out to DVD and blu-ray on october 5th, same day as nightmare on elm street.

I didn't think much of Splice mainly because of Sarah Polley's character. She pissed me off right from the start and kept pissing me off all thru it till the end. If she was suppose to piss me off than I guess this film kinda worked in a way!
But I couldn't enjoy it she was too fucked up. And yeah the ending was pretty predictable no doubts.

When that guy started banging the Splice girl... I was like... WTF !!! It was a toss up between tough too watch and downright stupid. But by that point I had lost interest in that "love & sex version" of SPECIES anyway as I don't have a "sex/relationship-with-alien-species" fetish... with I think was the film's only audience.

I thought it was ok. Could have been a lot better. I'll admit the sex scene was pretty messed up. Highlight of the movie IMO.
