I bought it on a bootleg DVD at a con last year. I never expected to get a good dvd release let alone a blue ray.
I think El Topo is Jodorowsky's best film.

I watched it a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it. Followed it up with Holy Moutain, which I just couldn't get into. But, I am going to give El Toppo a whirl sometime soon.

Agreed. This movie was so beautifully shot. Her revenge was so liberating at first, but I loved how he was able to break away from his mother in the end.
