Here's another in my series of attempts to shed some light on modern horror comics:

American Vampire

Writer Scott Snyder and artist Rafael Albuquerque will give birth to a new breed of vampire--with a unique contribution from the legend,  Stephen King!

When notorious old-west-outlaw Skinner Sweet is attacked by an old enemy (who happens to be a member of the undead), the first American vampire is born... a vampire powered by the sun, stronger, fiercer, and meaner than anything that came before.
