Topic: HM Movie Night 11 Pre-Announcement- Quirky Night

Yes, I have already decided on Movie Night 11.  And I don't think anyone is going to like it besides me.

Tough shit.

(For Lon, no, it does not include 'Split Second.'  I'm trying to find out a 2nd movie that you hate to make a special "Lon Torture Night" for the future.  Also I'm not sure if I'll let Lon win, he knows me too well.)
 
If someone can actually guess just one of the movies I've picked, I will let you pick the next Movie Night's attraction.  (Within our usual parameters.  Do we have parameters?  Just make sure it's not XXX dwarf porn or something like that, OK?)

OK, that was too vague.  Things the movies involve-
Space aliens, nuns, cameo by Snoop Dogg, guns everywhere, Adrienne Barbeau, zombies, and "Banshee!"

And for all you visitors- we would love to have some new people.  And imagine if you out-guessed the regulars here (but you have to promise to show up!)

I love William Shatner.  Not because of Star Trek or any of that hooey, but because he's a riot.  Anytime I see that guy I'm reminded of an anecdote I heard about him on the Howard Stern show, not long after his wife died in '99 or '00.  Not a couple months later, some folks got into an elevator in California and found him making out with an attractive and much younger woman.  And what did he say when they caught him?

"She's my sister."

What a pisser, that guy. lol

Yeah, he cracks me up.  I love that he doesn't take himiself seriously.  He knows what his status is and he revels in it.  Plus, he looks damn good for his age.  That will never cease to amaze me.  lol

Gotta dig him.  How could you not?  Although I have a friend who used to set up Star Trek conventions back in the day and she said he was a dick.  But that was almost 40 years ago. lol
