Topic: Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth & Amnesia: the Dark Descent

Has anyone played these games ?   And if so, what were your thoughts ?

    Dark Corners of the Earth is based on Lovecraft's Shadow Over Innsmouth.   I'm really enjoying it so far.  Nice creepy atmosphere.    A true survival horror game right here, as opposed to the all action approach you see in many of todays 'horror' games.

  I also have Amnesia: The Dark Descent on my hd.  (haven't started it yet, but have heard alot of good things about it)

     I did a search and didn't see any existing threads for these 2.

again hitting submit deletes my post for no reason...but anyway i will say again i have dark corners of the earth,  didnt get terribly far into it tho. appears to be lovecraftian enough to satisfy fans but the game itself was slow and laggy, and i can play any mmo without those problems so go figure.  but other than that (and no apparent cheat codes lol) it was decent enough for what it cost.
